Client infrastructure: Focusing on end-users

The Bronitek Technology has, over the past decade grown to offer its clients long-term solutions that reduce the costs, management overhead and support resources required to take care of their desktop, notebook and printer environments.

A number of mechanisms are employed to deliver the Bronitek Technology’s offering in the client infrastructure space.

If price volatility and budgetary constraints are a challenge for a customer, the Bronitek Technology is able to offer a fixed quarterly pricelist that simplifies the budgetary process and reduces the clients’ procurement overhead.

Long term rentals are also available for customers wanting to reduce capital expenditure.

Bronitek supports its clients by managing transitions between current and new models, ensuring that clients are fully satisfied with the new product before having to introduce it at a large scale into their environment. This ensures compatibility testing as well as image creation can be done accurately before introducing the new product into the working environment.

Combined with a national support footprint and on- site service levels, the client is assured immediate response to product, service or maintenance queries.

All these factors contribute to good standardisation of IT practices and in doing so, a reduction in total costs of ownership for customers, a much talking about goal but one that’s not readily achieved.

With this blueprint in-hand, customers can build their technology stack, one element at a time, ensuring that the correct foundation building blocks are implemented and well established, before moving on to the next level of their IT environment.

This results in infrastructural base that’s both robust and predictable. The ongoing maintenance and support of this infrastructure once it has been implemented is an important part of the lifecycle. A-Z Index of Courses

Workplace Readiness Training

It is unfortunate to discover that many Grade 12 learners and students have difficulty in finding employment after school or after completing their studies.
Although learners and students typically have academic and technical skills, they often lack those basic skills, also referred to as employability or work readiness skills.
We have introduced workplace readiness programmes to bridge this gap between that of school/studies and work, which aim to equip learners with the skills required to perform efficiently in the workplace.
Delivery
All these courses can be customised and offered on-site for your organisation.

Technology Skills Training

Computer literacy is defined as the knowledge and ability to use computers and related technology efficiently, with a range of skills covering levels from elementary use to programming and advanced problem-solving.
Computer literacy can also refer to the comfort level someone has with using computer programs and other applications that are associated with computers. Another valuable component of computer literacy is knowing how computers work and operate.
“Technology skills” refers to the ability to use technology to solve problems and accomplish complex tasks. It is not exclusively a measurement of computer literacy. Understanding that the Information Age has delivered access to mass amounts of data and information, we are aware that in business, the skill to find, sort, understand and interpret the correct information at the right time is passionately desired. Our training programmes focus on increasing productivity and efficiency through the learning of cognitive as well as verbal, written and computer literacy skills.

Soft Skills Training

Soft skills” is a sociological term relating to a person’s “EQ” (Emotional Intelligence Quotient), the cluster of personality traits, social graces, communication, language, personal habits, friendliness, and optimism that characterise relationships with other people. Soft skills complement hard skills (part of a person’s IQ), which are the occupational requirements of a job and many other activities.
The world of work is in a state of continual change: your career today may involve moving between a number of different job functions and employers, and those jobs and employers are themselves likely to change and develop during the time you are employed in them. Employers are therefore seeking graduates who are enterprising, resourceful and adaptable and who, as well as their qualification, possess a range of skills which can be used in a wide variety of settings as well as in their careers.
Employers look for a range of skills in staff, many of which are common to a number of different career areas. Those most frequently mentioned are communication, team working, leadership, initiative, problem-solving, flexibility and enthusiasm.

They may also handle travel and guest arrangements.

Educator Skills Training

Both the South African Qualifications Authority Act, and the Skills Development Act, requires that education and training programmes and practices are based on Unit Standards registered on the NQF, and where appropriate (e.g. in the case of learnerships) result in national qualifications on the NQF.
Both Acts also require that education and training practices have internal and external assessment practices built into a quality assurance system. The purpose of quality assurance is to ensure that the highest levels of competence and excellence will be achieved for every Rand collected in the form of the skills development levy and for every Rand of this income that is invested in all the practices relating to education and training.
Education in its broadest, general sense is the means through which the aims and habits of a group of people lives on from one generation to the next. Generally, it occurs through any experience that has a formative effect on the way one thinks, feels, or acts. In its narrow, technical sense, education is the formal process by which society deliberately transmits its accumulated knowledge, skills, customs and values from one generation to another.
